Attorney Joseph F. Gaughan has been practicing since 1994. He spent his formative years working at a general practice law firm located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He has owned and operated his present law office since 2000.
Attorney Gaughan is a well-respected practicing attorney who has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Lackawanna Bar Association since 1994 and the Pennsylvania School Boards Association since 2011.
